RETURN policy.

At OnlyClouds Smoke Shop, we strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. To maintain fairness and compliance with industry standards, we have established two separate return policies:
In-Store Return Policy – Applies to purchases made at our physical locations in Austin, San Antonio, Tyler, and San Marcos, TX.
Online Return Policy – Applies to purchases made through our Website and online stores.
In-Store Return Policy
(Austin, San Antonio, Tyler, and San Marcos, TX)
No returns or exchanges once you leave the store.
If a product is defective or not working, it must be checked and verified in-store at the time of purchase. Our staff will assist in testing the product before you leave.
If the item is found to be non-functional before leaving the store, we will offer a replacement of the same item. If the same item is unavailable, you may receive store credit.
No refunds will be issued.
All sales are final once you leave the store premises.
Online Return Policy
• Returns for unused and unopened products must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Customers must email support@onlycloudssmokeshop.com with their order number, photos of the product, and a reason for return before sending any item back.
• If approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged during shipping.
• Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued minus any shipping fees.
Damaged or Missing Items (Online Orders Only)
• If an item arrives damaged or an order is missing products, you must contact support@onlycloudssmokeshop.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product.
• We will investigate the issue and provide either a replacement or store credit.
Final Sale Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged, whether purchased in-store or online:
• Opened or used vape devices, pods, or cartridges.
• Opened Delta, THC, or CBD products.
• Glass pieces (pipes, water pipes, rigs, etc.).
• Torches and lighters that have been filled or used.
• Clearance or final sale items.
